My experience with Bryant Security Corporation has been amazing. I say this because from the moment I came on board the level of support from executives to local management has been almost unreal. It’s rare to find a big agency employer that isn’t stuck on titles and dismissals when it comes to their staff’s needs and well-being.
I’ve been with Bryant Security for nearly three years now. From the moment I first walked in the door I felt welcomed and was treated as family. Although security salaries in Florida are not the best with a few years of experience they started me at an above average wage, gave me medical, dental and vision insurance and paid vacations. These benefits are not easy to find with security companies. My work assignment is good working a gate at a condominium complex and management always has our back as long as you do the right thing.
Bryant Security is a great company to work for. They treat you fair and I truly feel that they care about their employees. They hire good reliable officers most of the time but when you have a concern with anyone, management immediately looks into it to solve the problem. They are flexible with college students and they understand that school schedules do change. They support education and those seeking to better themselves. I plan on staying with this company until I complete my masters program and get a job in my field. They also give you medical benefits and paid vacation and holidays.
